Man Awakes After 19 Years in Coma
I find this story deeply, deeply unsettling. His awakening is almost less troubling than his family’s 19-year vigil. I mean, yes, he’s awake now but it sounds like they’ve had their lives on hold for two decades in anticipation of that. I just don’t know how you do that and stay sane. I’m both impressed and horrified, to tell you the truth.
