Gym Report
I promised a legs summation this week and so:
Leg Press: 320 lbs.
Calf Raises: 120 lbs.
Quad Raises: 90 lbs. (ouch)
Lying Hamstring Curls: 70 lbs.
One-legged Hamstring Push: 60 (I hate hate hate these)
Brickhouse Squats: 20 lbs.
Butteryflies: 120 lbs.
It was a good week for the gym, which is nice because nearly everything else about this week sucked. Tomorrow morning we’ll do 45 minutes of cardio and then I’m off to parts north of the city to help a friend of mine haul some emotionally burdened furniture to a consignment store. That should count for weight work, right? Heh.
