I’m in computer nirvana at the moment. I want to go home and play on it some more but apparently I have to work in order to pay for it, so here I sit. I remember the way I felt when we bought our first Mac. This isn’t quite the same, I mean really, you never get over your first, but this is pretty damn nice.

As promised, Geoffrey built me a fun, speedy machine, that will do everything I need it to do, he was super fast about it and it didn’t break the bank! I ordered the parts on Tuesday, they arrived on Friday (So far I’m pretty impressed with www.newegg.com), the computer came home Sunday night. And! They fed us some amazing mushroom sauce over ribeye steaks. The sauce was the point. The meat was secondary, and I’m not sure I’ve ever felt that way about a meal before. There are leftovers waiting for me at home too, which is almost as exciting as the computer.
