Some of you may remember an antique brass railroad car spittoon that I’ve had on the patio for some time now, in use as a trash can of sorts. Well, this morning? It was gone. That’s it. Nothing else removed from the patio. Just the spittoon. Why?

Maybe somone stole it as an April Fools Day joke??

What kills me is that even though I’m sure it’s an antique and worth some money, it was an old, tarnished, brass can full of trash. Meanwhile there were five garden gnomes, a grill, half-decent patio furniture and a storage closet full of tools. Didn’t touch any of it. So strange.

i cannot believe they left your garden gnomes!! i would totally take a garden gnome before i took a trash can!
