Wrapped up Harry Potter last night and still managed to watch QAF. Given the endings of the two, I’d rather Michael had died on QAF than, well, you know. Those of you who have finished and are chomping at the bit to discuss, I am now a fair target. Those of you who have not…what the hell are you waiting for? A free copy? Sheesh.
Ooh. So I guess you were as unspoiled as I was? I finished the book on an airplane, sitting next to Christopher, who hadn’t read it yet. It was all I could do not to cry.

I was completely unspoiled. I assumed someone major would die but I had no idea who or how or anything else. I stayed right off the Internet on this subject. Well worth it. Snape more or less blew my mind in this one. Brilliant.

If Michael died, Debbie would be even more annoying. Plotwise, that HP person was doomed anyway.

I was also a bit surprised by the ending of HP, but am not entirely convinced that Snape is a bad guy. On a side note, a friend had an interesting theory…what if Harry himself is a horcrux?
