Communicating by Hand, Eye and Ear?

I’m not looking for a job, but I do scan the ads occasionally. This amused the hell out of me:
“The qualified design candidate will work both independently and alongside other design team members to provide a world-class user experience for customers and associates. Excellent written and aural communication skills are a must, along with solid visual presentation skills.”
