We’re supposed to get two to four inches of snow tomorrow night. Today’s low is 12 degrees with a lovely high of 26. It is some kind of cold up in here, people!

I just finished the biggest functional specification document I’ve ever done. This sucker was more than 100 pages long and was big enough to stun an ox. I’ll be keeping a copy of that for posterity.

Now that the one great big project is done I can afford to focus on the five smaller projects awaiting my attention. And by small, I only mean in comparison to that BIG-ASS 100 page doc. Good grief. It was like a thesis.

This will hopefully be the last week of work hell until after the holidays. You can already feel it starting to slow down some and I’m hoping this is a trend that will carry us to the end of the year because everyone here is tapped out. We’ve done some amazing stuff this year and I continue to be super pleased to be a part of this company. But lord-ay are we all gettin’ tired.

I have purchased exactly ONE Christmas present.

Apart from wrapping the cats in tinsle, I haven’t decorated anything.

Did I mention it’s supposed to snow tomorrow?

I’m cold.

Oh, and I’ve started playing the big, evil, online game that shall remain nameless because frankly, it’s kind of embarassing and I don’t want to own it. If you know what game I’m talking about, you understand this and can mock me silently behind my back — not in my comments. And if you don’t, I’m certainly not going to enlighten you.
