- has been full of emotion
- I fell down and people who love me tried to pick me up–I let them.
- I made some choices, both good and maybe not so good.

- I gave a lot.
- I took more.
This week…
- I Learned some things, thought some things, and let myself feel some things I’ve been ignoring.
- I also got angry and avoided it.
This week…
- I let the cats sleep in the bed.
- A friend let me sleep on her couch.
