Paint

Katie and Nicole’s kitchen is now a lovely pale yellow color called Moon Shadow (I think). It took two coats of oil-based primer and two coats of latex paint to cover the ridiculous butterfly wallpaper (which could not be removed without destroying the kitchen, apparently), but we did it. My arms still hurt a little bit and I keep finding primer on body parts. Katie also ran speaker wire under the house to add surround sound to her uber entertainment system. We watched the shoot out from the Matrix at full volume. It was frightening.

After the office air-conditioning debacle of last week, today I am freezing. Hands numb. I can’t even bring myself to complain about it.
