I promised a legs summation this week and so:
Leg Press: 320 lbs.Calf Raises: 120 lbs.Quad Raises: 90 lbs. (ouch)Lying Hamstring Curls: 70 lbs.One-legged Hamstring Push: 60 (I hate hate hate these)Brickhouse Squats: 20 lbs.Butteryflies: 120 lbs.
